Just saving my shares for a rainy write-off day! If posting facts about lame management is being negative, then I guess I'm negative. It releases the negativity in my brain so I can live longer! Peace be with you!

The outstanding shrare count is around 67 million shares with only about 6 million of those in the float that might possibly trade if someone decided to sell their shares . 6 million is a very low float which shows as the stock will move very easily to the upside with good news. We are very fortunate to have such an extremely low float .Not many shares would need to be bought to move this up 100% to 200% .A big run with big volumn could put us up a whole lot more than that . Most everyone are holding and we wont see management selling I bet for a long time even if they do. Who knows , as they build the company in time Coretec may get bought out and you never see any management sell but just get their shares bought out at a much higher price in a buyout . I think with this low float and a successful company we could see 5 bucs a share .

pegs1, business does not matter on penny stocks;

Buyers vs. Sellers and what CRTG does with their stock is all that matters. period.

That is why TDCP traded all over the place when they never did squat for business. CRTG making money may still not make enough people buy the stock to make it go up. I doubt that any business would stop CRTG from their history of constantly selling new shares of stock either.

Peg!, I'm glad you aren't one that would buy into misleading info on Coretec and penny stocks. Business does matter and revenue is revenue no maTter if your a pink sheet or not .The main thing is there IS NO TOXIC FUNDING AND A SUPER LOW FLOAT NO DILUTION AND REVENUE ON THE WAY. AS we all know the stock will move nicely to the upside with good news and we all know the Coretecs management is not selling any shares and Coretec doesn't have any toxics loans WOUILD HAVE LED TO THE DUMPING OF MILLIONS OF SHARES BUT DOESNT EXIST , but Coretec is now almost completely internally funded. All of us know that references to 3Dicon an old company that doesn't exsist anymore and wasn't run like Coretec or set up like Coretec is a waste of time since Coretec is a completely different and new company and a completely different way running their company . CORETEC IS MOVING ALONG SUCCESSFULLY , THE FUNDING FOR CORTEC AND SHARE STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN HANDLED TO PERFECTION BY MANAGEMENT. ITS NO SECRETE THAT NOT EVERYONE WANTS THE NEW COMPANY TO SUCCEED SINCE SO MANY PREDICTED ALL SHAREHOLDERS WOULD LOSE ALL THIER INVESTMENT IN 3DICON BUT THAT WAS PROVED TO BE FLAT OUT WRONG !!! THE TRANSITION TO CORTEC STOCK FROM 3DICON STOCK HAS BEEN PULLED OF SUCCESSFULLY AND SHARES HAVE BEEN CHEAP TO BUY WHICH HAS BEEN GREAT FOR SMART SHAREHOLDERS WHO HAVE BEEN BUYING THESE CHEAP SHARES UP AND SEEING CORETEC HAS A GREAT COMPANY WITH GREAT NEW PRODUCTS WITH GREAT POTENTIAL AND THE FLOAT IS EXTREEMLY LOW AND INSIDERS ARE HOLDING AND NOT SELLING SHARES AND THERES NO TOXIC FUNDING AND THERES NO DILUTION OF THE FLOAT AND CORETEC HAS POTENTIALLY A HUGE REVENUE GENERATOR IN THIER PRODUCTS AND REVENUE IS COMING VERY SOON AND THOSE ARE THE FACTS. THE BEST IS YET TO COME. ITS NICE TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE WHO SEES THE GREAT THINGS GOING ON WITH THIS NEW COMPANY AND DOESNT MIX CORETEC UP WITH 3DICON WHICH IT SIMPLY MERGED WITH TO GO PUBLIC WITH THIER NEW COMPANY AND NEW TECHNOLOGY. As YOU AND I know CRTG doesn't have a history of CONSTANTLY selling ANY shares . They have only been a public company for a short time and there is NO RECORD ANY WHERE OF CORETEC CONSTANTLY SELLING SHARES OF STOCK !!!!! DOESNT EXIST !!!
