SEC correspondence requesting clarifications/corrections from public companies is common.
Public companies get these requests and amend filings on a regular basis.
So now, I suppose we are supposed to believe that any company that has filed a amended filing is scam?

People can view these requests on the SEC Edgar website. They are so common and irrelevant, that most brokers and data providers don’t include them in the filing history.
Anyone who visits the SEC Edgar website can view in chronological order the filing in question, the request for clarification and the company’s response by supplying an amended filing.
As of the time of this post, all requests for clarification have been addressed and there are currently no unresolved issues between the SEC and Oncolix.
Claims to the contrary are either intentionally false or ignorant of the truth.
