Who are the parties receiving this distribution?

* WaMu RMBS beneficiary owners

In relating to us,
former WMI now WMILT as a grantor trust passing through to escrow markers holders.

In procedure, WMILT is going to receive this distribution in silence and have to wait for the ending:

1. FDIC Receivership
2. employee's claim
3. Piers

Before we can see the final distribution to begin with escrow markers.
