if such claims are denied in the end that money - now in escrow pays a few bills and goes to equity

Depending on outcomes etc. think 10-100 million as the boundaries of what might eventually come to equity from the visible money at the LT

Of course they have been set aside. But if employee claims are disallowed, won't the escrow holders get that money? minus what A&M and Weil will get.
