I still believe, personally, that ASCM is short this stock on behalf of a client who was betting against this deal ever finishing. I think someone said, no way a shell company is being bought by a multi billion dollar company and they bet against it. Then all of a sudden one filing was posted after another. Then finks/CD DD on the weekend and low and behold 2 Edgar listings showing the 2 principal company's being given CIK numbers. Now here we are! Place your bets! jMHO
