AZ, another way I read this is that distribution will (have to) occur in January. Otherwise it will be a violation of the PSA ?! due to the legal restrictions now lifted.

Sounds like we are getting payments to our escrows very soon, maybe Friday or next week. It's gotta be before the 31st of Jan.
