Regarding Bechtel, you can be sure that as soon as they have permission they will also want to put out a press release or an official filing too as a contract this size is a big deal even for them.

The Transco pipe line is ran by Williams pipe line Company
They ran the HIOS/UTOS leg into the massive lines up the East coast.

What matters to us, the "Transco Station #44" is the UTOS leg we own.

Enbridge had ownership of UTOS from Williams or not? Don't know, but they call the shots on the facility.
From this filing they describe UTOS as in some $ salvage value.
