They don’t have to protect their 5% stake. They will have a guaranteed stake. They will be issued preferreds or something along those lines. They wouldn’t have to go buy their stake in the open market. That’s not how it works.
It’s possible a big name has bought shares in the open market but I think if that has happened the shares would be a lot higher. However if it’s announced we would fly.
As I said before if insiders are buying here then we are gold! Just need some proof of it!
