And management can sell their P-share block of control to anyone they want and never touch Commons. Sell the entire Company that way. There is so much that can be built into it. Like dividends to Commons but not Preferrds. Or the other way around..
They rule. And no need to hold a shareholders meeting everytime they want to pay the light bill. We are just along for the ride. I forget how many shareholders a Company needs to uplist. 500 or 2,000? R/S this now and lose any hope to get off the OTC.
