$TGLO has been bought up to 71% by Delfin Midstream.
Now waiting on the 8k that Delfin's will park its assets into the shell.

As TGLO is today,
100mm float
400mm O/S
300mm block control transferred through Form4s (Delfin's)
550mm A/S
TGLO shell is a debt free defunct online thingy. Was one of the largest Grossing IPO's from the 1990's.
Probably 5mm in the liquid tradable float as of the close this Friday.

The test is waiting on the next 8k to see what they are going to use this for.

The story is thick, look at Company #9 in this link.
Wrap your mind around The LNG sector. It's the future of our Global Energy needs..

Delfin is owned by Fairwood energy, a multi National monster.
Fairwood is partners with several energy giants.
Multi Billion $$ Companies.

And remember, The United States is the Saudi Arabia of Natural gas.
As oil prices go up, the US explores and that finds even more nat gas.
It feeds on itself.
Natural gas powered electric power plants is the only fuel to please everyone.
China and India alone will double the Worlds energy demand.
LNG sector will meet that demand.
This is your modern day Exxon/Mobile.

Once established, the Exxons, Shells, and BPs will be buying up these LNG start ups.

Unless the world can come up with a better energy source over the next 5-20 years??? Batteries, solar and windmills will still be an expensive ugly bust. Those are great for a popular Mechanics articles, but can't hang with the demands.
Oil is controlled by unstable Nations and nuclear, well? It's by far the best, but the left overs and potential risk kind of throws it in the 'Not in my back yard' pile.

Your left over money gains should be piling up in Nat gas plays.
Your grand kids will think you were the smartest guy on Earth.

TGLO by far has the most short term potential under .25 cents.

Been awhile HDOG!
