After watching some of these videos, I'm planning to add at a minimum, a cold frame, and then a small green house.
Since there is climate change, it can go either warming or cooling, and with my New England location, it is best to start cold tolerant greens sooner in late winter, if warm, or protect them early in spring or late in the season, i.e., autumn, if very cold conditions are prevalent.
