There's so much trash out there with $100M, even $300M market caps. This won't have any trouble reaching those levels.

We should make a list of development stage cannabis biotechs with market caps for comparison.

The easiest target off hand is Lexaria. $100M+ and they are probably a scam, no experience at CEO, no human trials.
