I think we all have Berthold and his bunch of bandits to thank for that....this company had some real potential for once in it's lifetime. Berthold and his bunch tried extorsion tactics with some bullshit legal procedures and crippled the companies ability to raise more capital and move forward. If you look through the filings, you can see that when they decided to pull out of the shell because of misrepresentation from Berthold and company, that was the beginning of the end.
