With trade dates for many of the billion $$ bonds I have presented from the Sec have been January 17th, 18th, and 19th hence settlement dates wit (t+5) or January 22nd, 23rd and 24 th. This would be a great setup for the stock for 173 bil exchange of MBSs and a change of pps.
“The notes priced on January 17, 2018 (the “ Trade Date ”) and are expected to settle on January 22, 2018 (the “ Settlement Date ”). Delivery of the notes in book-entry form only will be made through The Depository Trust Company (“ DTC ”).
This truly gives us a time line through the DTC ?????
