The original Debtors estate's legal successor is the WMILT, not WMIH. That's why the LT stated on record that the Assets of WMIIC was theirs and the Equity WMIH's. Any assets that WMIIC had were transferred out to another entity a long time ago. This is why they kept stating that WMIIC had NO ASSETS. If there are no assets the Equity is essentially worthless.
