>>>Combine that verbiage with another subtle variance - parts of the body such as foot and knee???<<<

----------

"parts of the body such as 'foot and knee'...
Vague? As you say, sure seems that way Simpsonly! Was this intentional? The term "SUCH AS" definitely makes this VAGUE! What does that exactly mean? Do the other parts of the body have to be similar to foot and knee? So let's assume the hand, elbow and ankle are OK because they are similar in bone structure as joints, aren't they? How about the neck? The shoulder?

Yeah, we pretty much are covering ALL joints with this "such as foot and knee" statement. But what about muscles. Can THAT be assumed from "such as foot and knee"? There are muscle throughout the body as in foot and knee. Can it be used on the calf muscle or the thigh muscle. Common sense says yes but common sense says this should have been passed YEARS ago due to the FDA allowing it to be used on the EYE!

Anyway, as crazy as this all sounds, we will know pretty soon when we get clarification of what 'full clearance' encompasses after approval.
