Maybe you should have asked him if Assets rather than assets had been passed through.

I see why the answer is No, maybe it's because WMIIC provides a monthly service for WMIH or any assets regarding WMIH, NOT an Actual Owner of the Assets. Any Assets mainly pertaining to cash in trust were liquidated and returned to WMILT when the 5 other entities were dissolved into WMIIC, hence WAMU 1031 Exchange. Just my opinion or interpretation of the actions and wording.
