The continued false "interpretation" of a clear and decisive warning by FINRA in regards to MHHC is hardly a factor here any longer.

They moved on to bigger issues like Fraud and lawsuits and stuff!

The company acknowledges that there exist legal actions against entities that could potentially have a negative effect on company shareholder value. The company is aggressively addressing these issues to determine if any of these legal actions involve the company or its subsidiaries and will update shareholders as circumstances warrant.



A Final Judgment granting declaratory relief was entered in the First State Court Case, and the remaining claims were severed into a new action styled Dallas National Insurance Company v. McCusker & Co., Inc.



This adversary complaint involves a fraudulent scheme to mislead consumers into purchasing service contracts for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (“HVAC”) equipment purportedly insured by a Contractual Liability Insurance Policy (“CLIP”) issued by DNIC.
