Aaaah, there's my beautiful $MHHC board. "Approved" & taken out of context. *FINRA - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority*, is responsible for reviewing the filed documents to make sure companies are following/complying with SEC rules, or they would not allow the process to continue. Yes, I know FINRA doesn't "approve" corporate actions. What they certainly do is make sure the corporate actions follow the rules. Seeing as the merger into the ORRV shell / name change / ticker symbol changed all happened, it obviously & blatantly complied with all SEC rules. Call it FINRA & SEC guidelines followed then, I will call it FINRA "approved" :)
