Sounds like he doesn't know what he is selling which is a real problem. No process and no IB even as consultant. I spoke with Brekken in July. If I can recall I brought up the patent issue and he thought the bavi combo patents were later. Some patents expire in 2019 and 2021. I want to say the bavi related patents expire 2023 for mono and 2025 for combos plus the extension possibility.

It could be an issue but Lias needs to be educated. If they don't know what they have, they need to hire someone that does.

Are you saying are IP lawyer did not bring the BOD up to speed on this negotiating tool?

Your making an assumption that even you are not qualified to make, and if i recall properly the context of his statement was based on previous discussions he may of had about the IP but i could be wrong, we shall see.

eb, of course Lias is aware! If he isn't he must be fired NOW! It just doesn't float his boat for some reason, IMO? to mention extensions and to mention the more recent patents. Why didn't they say anything about Exosomes? We have a 99+% result in Ovarian Cancer detection with liquid biopsy for a condition in which there was no reliable such test.

Were did this go? It was updated, tuned and tested again since mid 2017. This was a program that is only MONTHS away for a market product. What append to it?
