They need to have already hired someone who does. Why have they not hired a third party to evaluate the IP??? This should be a demand by shareholders made in another round of certified letters. These letters should be sent not only to the company but to every news organization in the United States and Europe.
We need some sunlight on this nest before we, the women and men who have paid for the IP with blood, sweat and tears, are f'ed by a thieving pack of Bear Stearns flunk-outs.
