We only want him to keep to the original compensation plan. And that plan gave incentive to increase shareholder value. Look, he got caught with his hands in the cookie jar and we expect swift clean up.

Don't get his motivation either. He is 75. When does he plan to care about his fellow owners and establish his legacy? Earthly goods are just that, earthly.
