Solly is a rat when it comes to his compensation......
I asked peter G. why solly's compensation was changed for him to benefit from a falling share price and Peter's response was : "well if you going to look at it that way, he will be at a disadvantage when the price rises..."

I laughed at Peter and said, "really? look at where we are right now, down to under a dollar from $17.00....do you really thing im going to agree with you on that point?"

He didnt have a good answer for Sollys change in compensation to benefit from a falling share price, this really should be addressed since when we are all losing money, why should solly benefit?

We all know management is over paid for a company that has taken a crap over the past couple year but yet we look the other way because we see such opportunity with this company's potential.

Solly loves to hire people who wont criticize him it seems....such a joke.
