I sold at $13.19 a week ago. Last year Ford $F did the same move. Bought some back at $12.10 will continue to accumulate from here.

Thanks for the comment. I think you could be right. If the Gov't shutdown happens could push this down to unreasonable levels.
I'll load for sure if that happens
