I do not think there are any present ties between Fisker and Karma.

"In February 2014, Chinese auto-parts supplier Wanxiang Group purchased assets of Fisker Automotive for $149.2 million in a bankruptcy auction."

"These assets included design, a plug-in hybrid powertrain, and a manufacturing facility in Delaware.[1][2][3] Karma Automotive was formed in October 2015"

"The purchase excluded the Fisker brand and trademarks owned by Henrik Fisker.

So now we have Fisker Inc with its new batteries.

"Fisker Inc. is an American electric vehicle automaker founded by Henrik Fisker, launched in 2016 and based in California. Fisker Inc. is a relaunch of the Fisker brand, which previously made the Fisker Karma (now the Karma Revero) under Fisker Automotive (founded in 2007; now part of Karma Automotive). Fisker Inc. has said that it will show its first all-electric vehicle in the second half of 2017, a "spiritual successor" to the Fisker Karma, which will have a 400-mile electric range.[1]"

Robert Kruse is associated with Karma Automotive and Fisker Inc is the company with the new battery technology.

Fisker's scientists, including the former co-founder of global battery tech pioneer Sakti3, filed patents on flexible, superior energy density solid-state batteries.
Fisker's solid-state batteries will feature three-dimensional electrodes with 2.5 times the energy density of lithium-ion batteries.
Breakthrough technology will enable dramatically longer ranges of more than 500 miles on a single charge and charging times as low as one minute – faster than filling up a gas tank.

Dear Xxxxxxxx, I have been bombarded daily by your associate in Germany xxxxxxx who does not understand what Xnrgi is doing to clean up its act and begin generating revenue. The company filed a Form 15 last summer, which under SEC regs makes Xnrgi Inc a non-reporting public company. Xnrgi is not required to report anything--financials, shareholdings, material events, etc. The anomaly is, however, that the several hundred public shareholders, despite having no information on the company, its business, or other aspects of its finances, are still able to trade Xnrgi shares (assuming they can find brokers willing to assist). There are several million Xnrgi shares traded daily and the putative market cap (as reported by MarketWatch and oth.ers) is about $1.2million The company, however, has raised private capital ($5million in September) at a $35million valuation. I have other private investors looking hard at Xnrgi at a $35-50million valuation, but these investors (and some major Xnrgi customers) are concerned about the disparity in private market valuation vs the putative public market valuation.

We have $2million of new capital in escrow. Xnrgi's lawyers are preparing a Plan to present to the Board, next month and management is seeking another $5-10million to provide working capital for the next 12 months=plus, to put Xnrgi in position to begin manufacturing and generating revenue. If your investor is interested, we can provide all the technical, as well as corporate information he may need.

The US Dept. of Energy tested Xnrgi's batteries for two years and last August granted the company $400,000 to prepare its batteries for manufacturing. Let me know if your prospect is sufficiently interested so we can put him together with Xnrgi management which can answer any questions he may have.

Cracking Solid State In addition to developing an entire vehicle that Fisker won’t discuss in any depth yet, his team has been focused around another hot-button innovation area: solid-state battery technology. Fisker acknowledged that a lot of companies are currently working on bringing solid-state tech to market—but said he has an advantage in a team led by Fabio Albano, an alumnus of solid-state pioneer Sakti3. While Sakti3, which was sold to Dyson, was working on battery technology for medical devices—and some had called its claims of commercialization exaggerated—Fisker said his team has been working on the very different needs of developing it for cars and personal electronics. “It’s mainly been dismissed for automotive because it’s very expensive to make, it doesn’t have the power, and it doesn’t work below zero,” said Fisker. “We have cracked all three of these areas.” How? According to Fisker, Albano’s team has developed what he calls a bulk three-dimensional battery that bypasses the thin-film approach and its manufacturing hurdles and has 25 times more surface area (better for cooling) than a thin film. Fisker also said that it’s flexible, not brittle, so it can be fitted to existing lithium-ion battery enclosures. And perhaps best of all, he’s claiming that it has about 2.5 times the energy density, by
