Actually Bruce I believe we have all reached our theoretical deadlines. If commons are to be cancelled then I believe that with the hearing being cancelled that it should happen today if that is what is to be. If the commons are intact then Gallant owes the SEC a financial report that is due tomorrow. If neither happens I honestly don't know where we go from there.
