And isn't it interesting that the "circuit breaker" was put in place at 10:45. Look at the daily chart and tell me when the uptick started for AVXL today. What do you think that tells us?

a specified price band, which will be set at a percentage level above and below the average price of the security over the immediately preceding five-minute period.

I am ok w/going above the average, I would vote to waive that restriction if possible.....effective right now.
