Yes, and if ADXS is paying for the CMO *and* their own manufacturing plant, how is that a reduction in the cash burn rate that Lombardo promised?

Maybe ADXS needs their own manufacturing to support NEO, so they need to contract out for AXAL/DUAL, etc..

I think I may know what’s going on here. This agreement with the French CMO has something to do with the restructuring of the manufacturing process that is reportedly holding up the NEO trial. I’m not sure how it fits in, exactly, but I’m sure someone can come up with a hypothesis.
