Guys, this agreement between ADXS and PX is NOT a licensing deal, rather it is a deal on helping ADXS on the manufacturing side as PX is a contract manufacturing organization (CMO). Typically, small biotechs that don't manufacture in-house outsource it to a CMO, so the question is why did ADXS ramp up spending to build its own state of the art manufacturing capability if it is now also using a CMO? Hope this isn't another case of wasteful spending on ADXS' part.
