I was around when Interdigital settled their dispute with Qualcom for a pittance.... At that time they were on the ropes and didn't have much choice...... Then I remember when they settled with Ericy for a meager amount....Then likewise with Apple.....This time the company is much stronger with more and better patents...... I hope the experience will be different in the cases of ZTE and Pegatron.
