I disagree, I can sign a contract on a house, but can easily cancel the contract if certain things are not accomplished by closing. If inspection shows something the owner refuses to fix, the appraisal comes in lower than agreed upon price and funding cannot be arranged. You see, as GRAS CEO stated, some requirements were not completed thus the reason the deal did not go through. Happens every day. Just because they signed the original agreement does not mean it was set in stone.
The Temporary Restraining Order would have stopped GRAS from moving forward in it's acquisitions. Obviously, DRNK has no basis for stopping it. The full case will soon be dismissed.
