Not sure on the value. It will depend on what profits get reported in the fins, which, according to Dec 20 PR, will be audited. He also added a line that 49% will be resolved at the same time.
As to how he will resolve, I haven’t the foggiest, but do feel comfortable that shareholders will foot the bill somehow...just how bad or good is the question with bad the more likely. But we’ll see in about 2.5 to 3 months.
