Well, I will accuse them of lying.

What the hell do you call the "Swiss Approval" faux news that they used to pump the stock in it's London debut? [And before somebody chirps in that was not LP, she had her name on it and was the owner of the company]

Of course the vast majority of BS they PR can take cover as forward looking statements that simply did not pan out.

Or better, they were just craftily worded to make people think something that was not actually said.

Like Dec '16 when they said they were waiting on events (which all longs argued was 248 PFS and mocked "shorts" for noting it could be OS).

Then they announce they are waiting on OS events.

Then nothing happens when that passes, because I guess they are actually waiting until the last patient dies or some such.

How about Les saying in an email to Chardon how he was really sorry and burning the midnight oil to find a way to pay them what was owed; then to spit on their faces and say "sue us" once they had the money to pay with?

And all they hype in Germany and UK that was always nothing, just more scam PR to sell stock.

Yeah, I will call them out on this.
