What does the IND being submitted have anything to do with the company wanting to start within a week after potential approval. Your logic doesn't make any sense.

Can someone please explain " The FDA has 30 calendar days to review the IND. This period is now over and yet no trial has been announced..." What is this "30 calendar days"??? That much time for the FDA to respond? OR ???????? TIA
