*****Exactly ! Not to mention every lock I have ever seen or purchased comes with at least 2 keys , cars , doors , machines , cabinets etc all the same 2 keys minimum

Too take that long is unacceptable and to shrug it off even more so ! I also would not deal with a company with poor service


Maybe Niptons Sheriff Shearin lost both ???

I can assure you that if this was a customers machine, 1st of all they would probable call locksmith themselves as they lost the key and that would not be a warranty issue.
So if this was a customer and it was a warranty issue that would be a different story but it is company store and we will get it handled but thank you for your concern.
