Seeing as it is in the company store, that makes it even more important to have the machine operational. Take a look at how it reflects on the company if a problem can't be fixed in four weeks on their own machine inside of their own property.
You're assurances are as worthless as the useless machine that is sitting idle at the Nipton location.
You will handle it? If "handling it" means you will sit on your hands for 4+ weeks and do nothing then it shows the character and work ethic of you and your company.
Whether or not it is a company location or a customer location, you should want your only 2 machines out in the field to be operating, and gathering field test info, right? That is the whole point of having the only 2 machines out there.
