FISH: The only active US cases are ASUS and ZTE. There is one other inactive, i.e. stayed case.

The case (Delaware 11-00654) was initiated in 2011 as a companion case to the ITC 800 investigation. The original defendants were Nokia, Huawei, ZTE and LG. As a companion case to the ITC investigation, it was automatically stayed, and is still in that status. Because of settlements Nokia, Huawei and LG were dropped from the case, but ZTE remains.Quarterly status reports are submitted with the next report due Mar 12, 2018.

I believe the old China Huawei appeal case is still going on somewhere in the Chinese courts, but have no idea what is happening.
