Keytruda is seeing usage in a lot of different cancers.
The potential auto-immune side-effects are generally minimal but progressive with increased usage. Quite different to traditional chemo side-effects.
The difficult part for ER people is recognizing these new treatment associated auto-immune symptoms, particularly if the patient doesn't mention they're on an immune mediating cancer therapy.
