Not finding oil in 11a after having such a long time to “pick the best spot to drill” and still came up empty, was the last straw for me. I’ve been a doubter ever since.
Oh so now the narrative has changed !!! All this time it had always been that it was the short comings of the Chinese and that the oil was/is there and a more competent operator/driller would have found it ?? So the oil was there and now it isn't there ! I'm confused , which is it ??
