No way.
First, the number of proxy votes returned will be far less than the outstanding votes possible.
Last year 55M votes were returned by proxies and/or insider direct votes. 42M were cast by brokers who did not get instructions from retail.
Second, even if some broker has more proxies than they have actual shares, they just deal with it. At the end of the day they have so many shares they can vote (and they have the vote, not you), so they divy them up.
Do you want to take any bets that the shares cast at this meeting (not counting dealer non-votes) are far less than the 450M or so that could be cast?
