THIS WEEK WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A BILLION BID

WHAT IS THE SHARE STRUCTURE?

The Authorized limit of 5 BILLION shares is dated MAY 2015! Since EHOS DE-REGISTERED with the SEC in December of the 2016, the Authorized limit could be 10, 20, or even 100 BILLION shares, but the Company is no longer obligated to report any changes. It is entirely possible that Scott Corlett continues to maintain voting control of this POS! Hell, Corlett and his cronies, such as Paul Strickland and Bryan Wayne Geer, may have been dumping personal shares by the millions for months and never reporting the insider transactions, given the DECEMBER 2016 SEC DE-REGISTRATION!

The Outstanding share count was last reported TWO AND A HALF YEARS ago! Nobody has any idea as to the current Share Structure! Two and half years ago there were 1 BILLION shares Outstanding. In mid-December 2017 2.5 BILLION EHOS shares traded in one single trading day! Needless to the say, the Outstanding count far exceeds the last amount reported to OTC markets!

With multiple billions of shares Outstanding and who knows how many billions of Authorized shares have been allocated, it will take a "tsunami" to get this fine beauty to move past .0002!
