For what its worth, I had this guy recommended to me by another corporate attorney (not the friend I was talking to yesterday). The guy recommending him said "for whether it was a Routine Matter or not, and the other issues you mention, you can't do much better than Matt Wright." Interestingly, he is also located in Salt Lake City, but has experience in Australia and Hong Kong with two large global law firms, and what appears to be significant experience with public securities.
