The CEO has a plan in place to reduce the number of shares that will benefit current shareholders... so in other words, no planned reverse split. Potentially a buy-back or retiring of shares.

Facebook has 2.1 billion outstanding shares and is trading at 179 bucks. Just because ANDI has lots of shares doesn't mean it has to do reduce them automatically. Even with 2.1 billion shares, Facebook still has institutional investors, etc. Right now ANDI share price is being determined pretty much by ihub investors. With new contracts and such, when this hits the larger investment community, ..bang
