Once the PPS gets high enough I will give the company I work for a one month notice I am leaving. One month still isn't close enough for me to train someone up to replace me. I plan on doing what Darryl is doing with Utopya and being an adviser at my current company. I will stay on the pay roll as a part timer to advise my department till I can phase myself out 100%. The phase out period could take months.
