Because the audits will add transparency to a stock in a place where no one believes in the stock, and when investors have confidence they are more willing to either take a position, or enlarge a position.
The uplist will allow a greater number of investors to invest in this stock, and not only will we have a greater “audience” to appeal to, they will also have more money to invest than the regular “joe” that invests here.
If you are asking regarding a formula which can be proven or not, I don’t have one. This is my rough guesstimate.
