Again, I don't think what was suggested in Pabloserve's posted conversation with a conference representative is unreasonable.
If blinded phase iii data comes out prior to the 23rd, everyone will ask, "now what?" LP would have a perfect 15 minute time slot to explain next anticipated steps. How to move forward with data in hand.
If the conference person was wrong, then it's something else.
Does anyone else think it is odd that during the recent financing it was made clear that there would be a vote to increase the authorized share count, yet the proxy materials make no mention of it? Can they do this later outside of the ASM?
