It is very common for penny stock traders to believe that company CEOs are involved in the trading of their stocks. Most of the time it is not true, and in fact all of the time it is unlawful for a CEO to get involved in market transactions and manipulations. However, IMO, in TAUG's case it is true. The CEO, the BOD and TAUG's paid consultant are all stock jockeys.
