I brought that up months ago. Monbat expresses a very open information policy and at this point they bought out another concern and disclosed all the details and yes... why did they never disclose our deal??? Very mysterious!! I posted some thoughts about this ...maybe I am right on one of them! I think Enersys is going to buy Monbat and part of the deal was to get our factories up to their California standards and they take them over. In the meantime Enersys gets no bad press and expands their company into eastern Europe.
