I heard only recently the past few weeks they added a customer serv. back when,there was none to be found. If someone here knows what exactly is the search terms, that would be appreciated.
I agree shindigger. Loading the VIVA onto roku was easy. The only difficulty I had was with the new netgear router that for some reason changed my password on its own, and roku wouldn't recognize the password. After clearing that up, loading VIVA was a snap.
