Well you didn't hear correctly. I first contacted Customer Service early November for my subscription and assistance. A lot of things can be "heard" or read here. Best to verify for yourself.

In any case:

Login to your Roku account on a computer.
Scroll to bottom left and Click on "manage your roku account"
under Manage Account click "Add channel with a code"
type in Vivalivetv - and agree to add
Go back to your Roku on the TV and update it and reboot it

then enjoy HD quality live TV and buy more OTTV - tell your friends about it and tell them to buy more OTTV
